YouOK Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information YouOK collects or processes, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

To operate the app, YouOK may store on-device usage data such as breathing history, reset counts, and feature-unlock state. If you contact support, we may also receive the information you choose to include in your message. We do not request unnecessary personal profile information.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the breathing experience, keep your progress available on your device, restore purchases, improve service reliability, diagnose technical issues, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Purchase-related information is processed through Apple and RevenueCat so that purchases can be verified, restored, and associated with the correct access level. We share only the minimum information reasonably necessary to provide those services.

Your choices

You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you directly provided to us. If you have contacted us directly, you may request deletion of support emails or similar submissions, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our practices, or applicable law. The most current version will be made available within the app. Unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, we aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

我们使用这些信息来提供呼吸练习体验、在你的设备上保留使用进度、恢复购买、提升服务稳定性、排查技术问题，并处理你的支持请求。

服务提供方

与购买相关的信息会通过 Apple 和 RevenueCat 处理，以便完成购买验证、恢复购买并关联正确的访问权限。我们只会共享为提供这些服务所合理必需的最少信息。

你的选择

你可以随时停止使用并删除本应用。在适用法律允许的范围内，你还可以请求访问、更正或删除你直接提供给我们的信息。如果你曾直接联系我们，也可以要求删除你提交的支持邮件或类似内容，但因法律、安全、反欺诈或运营需要必须保留的内容除外。

政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策，以反映应用功能、处理方式或适用法律的变化。最新版本会在应用内提供。除非法律要求或出于正当运营目的需要保留更长时间，我们会尽量仅在实现本政策所述目的所合理必需的期限内保留个人信息。
